Booking an appointment: Bookings require a deposit of 50% of the total treatment value to secure your appointment. A deposit can be made with a credit card, direct deposit, Pay ID or PayPal.
Cancellation: We require 24 hours notice for cancellation, rescheduling or change of appointment. If the required notice is not given, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total treatment value will apply. To cancel or reschedule please call 9821 3300 to talk to one of our staff members. Appointment Confirmations: We require a mobile number to send you the confirmation text message. The message will be sent 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please reply with the letter “Y” to let us know you are coming in. To cancel or reschedule, contact us directly on 9821 3300, email on beauty@exclusivelybeauty.com.au or message on whatsapp on 0492 988 862. 24 hour cancellation policy applies as per cancellation policy above.
If you do not confirm your appointment, within 24 hours your appointment will be automatically cancelled.
Arrival times: It is required for you to arrive in the salon 10 minutes prior to your appointment. If you are running late to your appointment, your treatment may need to be cut shorter or cancelled.
For first time clients, please check our location in advance to avoid running late to your appointment.
Food on the Premises: Due to hygiene reasons, we do not allow food or drinks in the treatment rooms or the waiting area.
Children: As we follow occupational health and safety guidelines, we are unable to allow children inside the treatment rooms. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times in the waiting area.
Gift Vouchers: Our gift vouchers have a twelve-month expiry. Gift vouchers are only redeemable by appointment only. Please have your voucher with you when you are booking your appointment and quote the voucher reference number and issue date. Vouchers can be used for treatments of equal value, however, are not redeemable for products or money.
The voucher must be presented on the day, prior to your treatment.
